Should I get my deflected septum fixed?
Jennifer Aniston's nose job, home, legs, and diet
In Hollywood it's not uncommon to have a little work done here and there, in fact it would be extremely strange not to have any body enhancements at all. There is no doubt that Jennifer Aniston's nose has a little fixer, the actress certainly isn't messing around with the nose we first saw her with. Let's do some more digging.
Jennifer Aniston's nose job
Yes folks, our dear Jen is on the list of celebrities who have gone under the knife for one reason or another. In 2007, she admitted that she got a nose job to correct a deflected septum. In her own words, “I had [a deviated septum] repaired. The best i have ever done. I slept like a baby for the first time in years.
Obviously she wasn't happy with this nose job because she had chosen another. The next procedure made her nose more defined and the bridge narrower.
Jen isn't the only celebrity to fix an issue - actresses like Cameron Diaz, Ashley Tisdale and Heidi Prattt have also been scrutinized for the same reason. As much as we'd like to raise our eyebrows, it's actually a condition.
Aside from Jennifer Aniston's nose job, there was speculation about other procedures she might have had. Jen admitted on the Conan O'Brien Show that she often receives laser treatments for her skin. I think her real words were, “I did this thing like an exfoliator. It's extremely intense - you don't realize you look like a bruised burn victim for a week - and then [the dead skin on your face] falls off for eight days. It was terrible. "
Jennifer's chest also got its fair share of attention for "not being out there". Do you need and explanation? Well, on the street they say Jen doesn't reveal her boobs in her movies because she doesn't want us to notice she's got a whole breast size bigger. The "Friends" star went from a B-cup to a C-cup! Jen never admitted it and as such, her tongues are still wagging.
She may not have pouted the full feat of Kylie Jenner, but there are also rumors that the star has been given lip injections on occasion, but she hasn't admitted it just yet. Still, Jennifer Aniston's nose, breasts, lips and skin are a perfect match for the star.
Jennifer Aniston's house
Obviously, this topic isn't that directly related to Jennifer Aniston's nose job, the actress has called more than a few places around the home. Hopefully we can give you a run down without taking your time.
Jen's personal property in Beverly Hills was eye catching and even appreciated by the architecture. No wonder the house sold for a whopping $ 53 million in 2011.
For years the actress has transformed her 1970s era, Beverly Hills mansion into an inviting home for upscale entertainment. The home was purchased for $ 19 million in 2006, which means it made a profit of $ 34 million when the home came back on the market. There is no smiley face that can express our awe.
Since then, the actor has moved a bit. In August 2011, she moved into a small apartment in LA with her then-fiancé Justin Theroux while they searched for new digs.
Are you considering a short break? Well, you can imagine living in Jen's Hawaiian vacation home that she often enjoys with her husband.
In 2012, when they finally got their sights set on real estate in Bel Air, Jen and Justin moved to a rental property in Beverly Hills while renovations were being carried out on their Bel Air home. I assure you, it wasn't a regular rental, that's what you call "Renting in Style".
In 2013, the couple finally moved into their BelLuft mansion, and from the gate you start to get a feel for the $ 29 million it was worth. The 789 square foot home has three fireplaces, four bedrooms, and six baths.
The interior is simple but elegant, with pops of color to match the cool decor.
The outside space is not only wide, but also appears airy and asymmetrical.
The aesthetics are beautiful and serene, and there is a certain balance.
Needles to say this was money well spent.
Jennifer Aniston's legs
Last year, the actress appeared on the January 20 cover photo of The Hollywood Reporter in a thick knit sweater and classic pair of pumps next to the headline "Jennifer Is Just Fine." The cover was definitely all about her toned legs, although the article touched on topics like her struggles with anger and dyslexia, as well as how she deals with the constant questions about her ex Brad Pitt.
Even so, the actress hardly misses a chance to flaunt her gorgeous legs and we don't blame her, whether it's a dress, skirt or shorts, she rocks it well.
Jennifer Aniston's Diet
The 47-year-old actress even has a body20-year-olds would covet. It doesn't happen overnight to people, aside from her routine, she's on a diet, she's even thrown a couple of personal cooks in there. Jen is in the Zone Diet developed by Barry Sears. It is also known as the 40 30 30 diet. This is because it is based on the principle that you should be consuming 40% carbohydrates, 30% fat, and 30% protein per day.
Before Jewels and Jill Elmore became Jen's personal cook, she lived on a selection of prepackaged zone dishes, overcooked take-away items, and the occasional chunk of cheese. Now they were cooking their own meals. Thanks to them, she follows a high-protein, low-fat diet, supplementing her meals with fish oil rich in omega-3, which helps the skin and hair, controls weight, and also helps the heart.
It's doable, or at least we think there is, for more information about her diet, check out the Jennifer Aniston Diet page in case you'd like to try her out. We say goodbye with some clever words from the star: "Stay hydrated."
