• Put the powdered sugar in a medium-sized bowl.
• Add the cream cheese and vanilla.
• Mix with the hand mixer to a thick glaze; if necessary, add more powdered sugar to make the mixture more solid.
• Fill into a piping bag with a large, round opening.
• Alternatively, use a resealable freezer bag and cut off a corner.
• Chill the glaze for 10-15 minutes until the mass is set.
• Cut off the green tips from the strawberries.
• Carefully cut out the stalk with a potato peeling knife.
• Cut off 1/3 of the strawberry tip and save the tips for Santa's hats.
• Lay out the cookies in one layer on a tray or arrange them individually on dessert plates.
• Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
• Heat the chocolate chips in the microwave on the lower level for 5-10 seconds.
• Stir.
• Repeat heating and stirring until the chocolate is gently and completely melted.
• Dip the broad underside of a strawberry into the melted chocolate.
• To shape the body, place the strawberries on a cookie with the chocolate side.
• Dip two blueberries halfway into the melted chocolate.
• Place the brewed blueberries on the cookie as Santa Claus boots.
• From the glaze on the body, squirt a large ball that represents Santa's head.
• Place a smaller ball in front of the head for the beard.
• Carefully press a pinch of desiccated coconut into the beard.
• Press a piece of white chocolate shredded into your face as a nose.
• Carefully press two small pieces of dark chocolate onto your face as eyes.
• For the edge of his hat, spray the glaze around a strawberry tip.
• Spread some desiccated coconut on the border and carefully press down.
• Put the hat on Santa Claus.
• Shape the bobble with the glaze by spraying a small ball onto the top of the hat.
• Sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
• Clean with a toothpick and remove any excess.
• Put Santa Claus in the refrigerator.
• Repeat the steps with the remaining ingredients for all 12 strawberry Santa Clauses.
• Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
