Train emotional skills

Emotional skills are central to mental health and effective engagement with the environment. The aim of training emotional competencies (TEK) is to systematically develop and strengthen these competencies.

TEK - the areas of application

  • accompanying measure during outpatient individual therapy or part of an inpatient treatment offer
  • preventive for risk groups
  • Promotion of personality development in the non-clinical area

TEK - the manual

  • is based on the latest findings in clinical psychology, affective neurosciences and emotion research
  • shows how the necessary information about emotions is conveyed and effective emotion regulation strategies are developed and practiced

  • Manual with specific instructions for the course instructor
  • PowerPoint presentation to get you started, worksheets and questionnaires for diagnosing emotional competencies
