If you docdirect If you want to use the app or the web platform, first register with your insurance data (name of your health insurance company, insurance number). As soon as you have set up and confirmed your user profile, you can make a video call. You should get the email confirming your docdirect-Accounts not received, please also check your spam folder.

If you contact docdirect by phone, our medical staff will create an account for you. If you would like treatment by telephone with a doctor, you do not have to log into the docdirekt apps or web interface. The doctor will call you back.
If you want a video connection to the doctor treating you, it is necessary that you use the access link in your e-mail inbox to access the account created for you in the web interface or in the apps.

Video calls - technical requirements

If you want to start a video call from your PC, you need an Internet connection (to ensure fluid communication, preferably a broadband connection), a microphone and loudspeaker or headset and a camera. Mobile devices only need internet access. We recommend WLAN or a data plan with a corresponding volume.
