Deposit and withdrawal conditions




Trading in an investment opportunity that can generate profit requires ApolloTDS customers to deposit funds into their online accounts. Winnings can be withdrawn from the online account.


Deposits and withdrawals are regulated by this WD policy and the general terms and conditions.




You, the customer, must make all deposits from one source (e.g. a single bank account). If you are ready to start trading you should make sure that this account is in your country of residence and on your behalf. To confirm that a SWIFT confirmation is authentic, it must be sent to ApolloTDS to confirm the origin of the money used for trading. If you fail to follow this WD policy, you may not be able to withhold funds via bank transfer. Please allow up to 5 working days for the deposited amounts to appear on your trading account via bank transfer. If you have not logged in and acted ("Dormant Account") within six (6) months, a monthly discount of 10% (the "Dormant Fee") will be applied to your Dormant Account.




As per widely accepted AML rules and regulations, withdrawals only need to be made to the same bank account or credit / debit card that you used to deposit.


Unless otherwise agreed, withdrawals from the account can only be made in the same currency in which the respective deposit was made.


When depositing or withdrawing funds for trading using alternative payment methods, be aware that additional fees and restrictions may apply. Withdrawals are subject to handling and processing fees. Without deviating from the foregoing, ApolloTDS may, subject to money laundering regulations, make withdrawals to a facility other than the one used for the deposit.


In addition, the customer may be asked to provide additional information and documents when making withdrawals.


Withdrawal fees


A transaction fee of the following amount is charged for withdrawals:


50.00 USD / GBP / EURO for wire transfers; 25.00 USD / GBP / EURO for credit cards plus a processing fee of 10.00 USD / 7.00 EUR / 5.00 GBP; 25.00 USD / GBP / EURO for ePayments. A withdrawal of 10% of the withdrawal amount will be charged for any withdrawal from an account that has not made more than 200 sales and / or accounts that have not been verified.


The minimum amount for transfers is 250.00 USD / GBP / EURO. The minimum amount for any other method is 100.00 USD / GBP / EURO. Note that these fees exclude the transaction fee charged; For example, if a minimum of $ 250 must be withdrawn via bank transfer, there will be a $ 50 transaction fee.


Fees may change, depending on the processing system and / or the bank of dax100Crypto.


Funds not deposited


Funds appearing on the customer's account may include agreed or voluntary bonuses and incentives or other amounts not deposited directly by the customer or acquired from trading with funds actually deposited ("funds not deposited"). Please note that, unless expressly agreed otherwise, funds that have not been deposited will not be available for withdrawal. Due to technical restrictions, funds that have not been deposited can be allocated to the customer's account on certain occasions (for example for the technical purpose of allowing positions to be closed or an account that is over-indebted).


Without deviating from the above-mentioned exceptions, bonuses issued by ApolloTDS to the customer can only be withdrawn subject to compliance with a minimum trading volume of 25 times the deposit amount plus the bonus issued ("minimum trading volume").


Submit a withdrawal request


In order to process your withdrawal request, you must:


• Open a withdrawal request from the customer area.

• Sign the printed form.


• All compliance documents must have been received and approved by the ApolloTDS compliance officer in order to proceed with the revocation.


• The name of the recipient must match the name on the trading account. Applications to transfer funds to third parties will not be processed.


IMPORTANT: The account holder is required to monitor the account regularly and to ensure that there is an available margin on the account prior to submitting this application, as this retroactive effect may have an impact on existing open positions or trading strategies.


Typical payment processing time


The time it takes for the money to reach your credit card or bank account used to make the deposit can vary (usually up to five business days). Note that withdrawals to bank accounts may take longer due to the additional security procedures.


The request is usually processed within 4-7 working days of receipt by ApolloTDS. To avoid delays, please review your information carefully before submitting your request. ApolloTDS is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies made by the account holder. Corresponding withdrawals take 4 to 7 working days. ApolloTDS cannot monitor the internal processes of the customer of the credit card company or the bank and is in no way responsible. The customer must independently track the credit card or bank.


The credit will be transferred to your credit account as soon as your credit card dealer has debited the money from our account. This process can take up to 5 working days or more to reflect the balance on your credit card account. If you do not have online access to your credit card, it should appear on the next account statement (s), depending on your card's billing cycle.


Please note that we are not subject to any specific time frame and that additional fees imposed by third parties must be deducted from the deposit or withdrawal.


Additional Fees: If the receiving bank uses an intermediary bank to send / receive funds, additional fees may be charged by the intermediary bank. These fees are usually charged for transferring the line to your bank. ApolloTDS does not participate in or control these additional fees. Please check with your financial institution for more information.


Credit / debit cards








If you choose an account in a currency other than USD (US Dollars) for credit card deposits, your credit card will be properly charged based on the amount deposited and the applicable exchange rates. In addition to the amount deposited, additional credit card fees may apply (in this case, there may be discrepancies between the amount deposited and the amount on your credit card). Customers have to accept these slight deviations that may occur and not try to demand them back. If you've used a credit card to deposit funds, trade online, and have chosen to redeem your winnings, the same credit card must be used. The withdrawal amount per credit card is only allowed for the same amount of money as deposited per credit card or less. Larger amounts must be transferred to a bank account by bank transfer.






Your account can consist of different currencies. These are subject to the following conditions:
