What is the USPS Manifesto

Required shipping documents

The documents you need for shipping are automatically created for you during the booking process. The documents that are required depend on the destination country and service you choose.

If you've chosen to use your own packing list, you can download a blank template in Excel or PDF format. You can also download declaration documents for Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the USA. Download links can be found below.

Please note: there will be a Collection Manifest provided. Please have this signed by either the driver or the employee at the parcel acceptance point as proof of collection / delivery.

TG International - additional shipping documents

The following documents might be required for TG International. We will contact you if this is the case. You can find your standard documents in the appropriate section above.

Please note: Your AWB number is only available when we have received the shipment in our depot.

Do you ship within the EU?

A customs invoice is not required for shipments between member states of the European Union.

Do you ship outside the EU?

The customs invoice is a document that lists the content and value of your goods for customs purposes and that you create during the booking process. The customs invoice speeds up customs clearance and enables the competent authorities to calculate any customs fees.

All shipments that are sent to non-EU countries or from non-EU countries must include copies of a customs invoice. It is best to enclose this with your package in an envelope or in a document sleeve - for protection and easily accessible for the driver. The number of copies required is usually four.

The driver doesn't always need four copies; that depends on the shipping service. However, we recommend enclosing four copies with your shipment as standard. If there are fewer copies of a service, we will pass this information on to you during or after the booking.
