Well, we're not 200 - so "working up" is only possible in the sense of more project responsibility. As for continuing education, it's just a matter of whether it's legitimate. Because basically you always have a positive attitude towards such topics.

You can probably never have too much salary. If the performance is right, the salary is also right and you can talk about anything.

I have never seen someone not support another. The cohesion is great. In places one already maintains a serious friendly relationship with one another. Common interests naturally reinforce that. But every single SZG member is open to a chat and grateful for support.

Managerial behavior

Since the hierarchies are quite flat, the relationship is correspondingly simple. Nevertheless, there are key positions on which certain areas of responsibility depend. The people are by no means aloof or unfair towards the individual employee.

Old building villa - large garden, balcony invite you to linger. If it is justified, the technology is state-of-the-art and we sometimes go further and play with future topics.
