Flat hierarchy, relaxed with each other. Unique characters. Exciting projects that are supervised from idea to implementation.
Our reputation is great. Our work and way of working is very much appreciated by our customers. But that only works because we are aware of our responsibility and want to do what we do. That drives us.
It's not a nine-to-five job. And in various positions it can be exhausting at times. But it's nothing that can't be done. It depends on your own attitude.
Career / further education
Well, we're not 200 - so "working up" is only possible in the sense of more project responsibility. As for continuing education, it's just a matter of whether it's legitimate. Because basically you always have a positive attitude towards such topics.
Salary / social benefits
You can probably never have too much salary. If the performance is right, the salary is also right and you can talk about anything.
Environmental / social awareness
Here the management always makes great credible thoughts to get involved socially regionally or nationally.
Cohesion of colleagues
I have never seen someone not support another. The cohesion is great. In places one already maintains a serious friendly relationship with one another. Common interests naturally reinforce that. But every single SZG member is open to a chat and grateful for support.
Dealing with older colleagues
Yes, we like them too :)
Since the hierarchies are quite flat, the relationship is correspondingly simple. Nevertheless, there are key positions on which certain areas of responsibility depend. The people are by no means aloof or unfair towards the individual employee.
Old building villa - large garden, balcony invite you to linger. If it is justified, the technology is state-of-the-art and we sometimes go further and play with future topics.
In principle, communication can always be improved. But it is by no means bad here.
Performance, will and social skills count - not gender.
The range of tasks is very exciting. The projects are very different. From small and short to very large and long-planned projects, everything is included. A worldwide deployment rounds off the whole thing.
