What is a dynamic stack

The stacking strength is a quality feature, which is given as a value in kg. This is understood to mean the weight that a transport container can carry when several filled containers are stacked on top of it. The load capacity is higher or lower depending on whether it is a uniform or punctual load from above. A distinction is also made between the dynamic stacking load - should the transport containers be in motion, e.g. B. a truck transport - and the static stacking load when the container is on solid ground. Transport containers made of wood have a significantly higher stacking load than containers made of corrugated cardboard. Here, however, the stacking strength can be improved by reinforcing the wood at the edges.
