Cross country is without question the discipline in mountain bike sport with the greatest popularity. She (still) counts the most active mountain bike racing. Our following training programs represent suggestions for a basic and extensive mountain bike training in the area of ​​cross country, whereby the performance levels are in different classes: Level 1 = youth (U 16) / Level 2 = juniors (U 18) / Level 3 = Performance (hurry). We deliberately do not make any differences between women and men. Since cross-country training is usually done in-house with trainers, our plans only represent guidelines that can and should be adjusted depending on the athlete, performance class, gender and individual preferences.
