How to get a Return Authorization ("RAN") number

If your item is defective or an unwanted purchase is made (within 7 days of receipt) please email us first (including the date it was received). One of our team members will send you an email back with a return authorization number. Please note that if the RA number is not requested, your return may not be processed efficiently as we may have difficulty identifying the sender.

Computer games

Returns of this format cannot be returned after opening. Therefore, before ordering, check that the game is running on your computer, as we cannot accept any responsibility for incompatibilities with your system.

Item faulty on arrival

If your items are faulty upon arrival, you have 14 calendar days to notify us of the fault. The items should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Once we verify the error, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you using your original payment method and reimburse you for your reasonable return shipping costs. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians, we will send the item back to you. In this case you are responsible for the return.

When you change your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about an item you have ordered and would like to return it, you can do so in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), provided you notify us of your decision within 7 working days of receipt. The article must not be used and must be "as new" when returned to us. Please email us first to receive the return authorization number and return it to us at your own expense.

Returning packages to us

You have to pay the return postage. For security reasons, we recommend that you use a registered delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your package is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged on the way back to us.
