Assistance to pupils with special needs in everyday school life and in educational work

With the Student assistance we enable Children with special needs going to school.

Assistance tasks

The tasks of the assistance are as diverse as the needs of the students. They embrace nursing activities like dressing and undressing as well as helping with eating for severely disabled children and range up to Support in solving school tasks in consultation with the responsible teacher. We provide for students in secondary schools personal assistance in the sense of the Self-determination.

Allocation of hours

In public schools, the hours are allocated by the school management via the educational region or the centers for inclusive and special education. For all other types of school, an application from the legal guardian to the district authority of the place of residence is required.
