Are SIDS and sleep apnea related

Increased SIDS risk through sleeping through the night?

Hello Mister. Dr. Buses,

Some time ago I asked you for advice because my daughter started sleeping through the night early on. At that time I was concerned with whether it could have any health consequences.
http://www.rund-ums-baby.de/kinderarzt/Wie-lange-darf-ein-Baby-mit-6-Wochen-schlafen_409959.htm

She has been doing this since she was 3 weeks old, she is now 11 weeks old and currently sleeps from around 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Unfortunately she is not a breastfeeding child.

I had it off with my neighbor today, she has two small children of her own. When I told her how happy I was about the quiet nights, she said that staying asleep early is an increased risk of sudden infant death syndrome. I've never heard of it before and there is nothing about it on the left under "Campaign for safer baby sleep". I then googled and found some articles where this is also claimed.

Is there anything? Otherwise we adhere to all recommendations and safety measures. When I check on my daughter at night, she always has a very deep sleep. You can touch her and speak to her, she doesn't wake up straight away.

Is there any cause for concern?

Thanks and best regards

Dear M.,
do not be unsettled by neighbors who know better. This is nonsense and you can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep without worrying.
All the best!

This is nonsense! My daughter also slept through so early and midwife and Kia said "That's great. Enjoy this time, there will be other nights" and it is!
Do not let them make you crazy. Dr. Repentance will say the same!
