Is life good in JNV

We ask you to call the service center only for urgent matters, e.g. B. to purchase Jenabonus tickets and to exchange old tickets.

Timetable and tariff information as well as detailed advice should primarily be given by telephone. To buy tickets, please give priority to the machines at the stops as well as in the buses and trams. Buying tickets is even more convenient with check-in / check-out via the Fairtiq app or as a mobile phone ticket in the MeinJena app.

Our service center in the Holzmarkt-Passage is an easily accessible starting point in the city center. The “Notinsel” sticker “Where we are, you are safe”, clearly visible on the entrance door, signals to all children that there is a safe area for them.

In addition to the stationary "emergency islands" in Jena, 80 mobile "emergency islands" were added to our vehicles in spring 2019. The buses and trains are on the road every day in the city and can be recognized by the “Notinsel” sign on the driver's door.

As one of numerous other partners, we are thus supporting the Germany-wide “Notinsel” project.

All drivers and the staff at the service center know what to do when a child asks for help and take steps to reach people they trust and / or competent contacts.
