If you are looking for accommodation in another country:
HousingAnywhere charges a small booking fee of 25% of the first month's rent (minimum € 150 and limited to € 250). This is a one-time fee that is only charged when you book your new home.

It's completely free to browse the platform, use its features, and contact advertisers.

The service charge is a one time fee, which is based on a monthly rent and is paid in addition to the first monthly rent when booking an accommodation.

This fee helps us to maintain a secure and operational marketplace and gives you the benefits of a secure booking system.

For security reasons, your payment of the first month's rent will be made 48 hours after you moved to your new home transferred to the advertiser.

With this fee we can also pay our wonderful team that is full of energy and ensures that our service is constantly improving.

If the advertiser cancels the booking, the fee will be fully refunded. If you cancel the booking, the fee will usually not be refunded. You can find more information in our cancellation policy.
