What Caused Richard Pryor's Fall

Neurogeriatrics

This book describes the functional limitations of old age, which are mainly caused by diseases of the nervous system. Based on the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF), the individual topics are presented in relation to diagnosis and therapy. The practitioner is trained to focus the work and way of thinking in geriatric medicine not primarily on the underlying disease, but on the functional impairment and thus carefully weigh the risk-benefit ratio of a medical measure.
