Why does lecithin increase ejaculate volume
Not enough ejaculate? You can change that!
How important is the ejaculate volume in men?
Many men attach great importance to the amount of their ejaculate. They correlate this with their masculinity. It happens again and again that men feel bad when the volume of ejaculate decreases. Some also feel that the more ejaculate that is produced during orgasm, the more sexually aroused they are. However: the ejaculate volume is very individual! Some men ejaculate more, some less. But that has little to do with her masculinity! Because sexual fulfillment is independent of the ejaculate volume.
The widespread uncertainty in this regard also results from pornographic depictions, where very large amounts of ejaculate are often shown. Many believe this is normal - it is often the case that fake ejaculate is used in front of the camera. Anyone who feels unsure about their ejaculate volume should definitely clarify this with their doctor.
Increase Ejaculate Volume: What To Look For
Basically, care should be taken that the testicles are not directly exposed to too high a temperature. This is because increased exposure of the testes to temperature - especially over a longer period of time - can lead to the ejaculate parameters, which are crucial for fertility, suffering and / or worsening. Important in this context: Basically increased temperatures have no significant influence on the ejaculate volume.
Low in saturated fat
Men should also be careful not to consume too much saturated fat. Because these can result in osmotic changes in the sperm.
Saturated fatty acids are found in all animal foods, for example in butter, dairy products, meat and sausage products as well as in most ready meals and fast food. They are also part of some vegetable fats, including coconut oil and hydrogenated vegetable fat. The saturated fatty acids slow down the metabolism and often lead to high cholesterol levels, rheumatism, cardiovascular diseases and an increased risk of heart attack.
Monounsaturated fatty acids are preferable, as they help to lower the LDL cholesterol level and increase the “good” HDL cholesterol - and thus have a positive influence on the amount of sperm. They are found in nuts, olives, avocados, olive and rapeseed oil, for example. Polyunsaturated fatty acids are also important. Linoleic acid, for example, is of great importance for the cell structure. Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids help reduce inflammation and prevent rheumatic diseases. Salmon, herring, mackerel and tuna are suppliers of polyunsaturated fatty acids, as well as soy, safflower and sunflower oil.
The ejaculation in sleep
The ejaculation during sleep is technically called "pollution". It happens spontaneously without the man having to be sexually active. So it is an "unconscious" ejaculation. This nocturnal ejaculation is also known colloquially as a "wet dream". It can be triggered without the man having had any sexual dreams beforehand. Ejaculation during sleep is particularly common in men who have abstained for a long time.
Most boys have their first nocturnal ejaculation during puberty. The reason: During puberty there is an increase in gonadotropins. These are sex hormones that, among other things, stimulate the production of testosterone, the king's hormone in men, as well as the sperm in the testicles. A distinction is made between follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH). Both are formed in the anterior pituitary lobe. This glandular organ is located at the base of the brain called the pituitary gland. The gonadotropins are then released into the bloodstream. So that the anterior pituitary gland forms these, they are stimulated by the hypothalamus via gonadotropin-releasing hormones (GnRH). The GnRH is also known as gonadoliberin. Other names for the hormone: gonadotropin releasing hormone 1 (GnRH1), luteinizing hormone releasing hormone (LH-RH) and follicle-stimulating hormone releasing hormone (FSH-RH). LH stimulates testosterone production in the Leydig cells of the testes. This is not only important in the testes for sperm development, but also for the changes during puberty, as it can be found in the bloodstream.
Just before puberty in boys, testosterone levels increase two to three times. During puberty, the increase in testosterone levels in the prostate (male prostate gland) can lead to the stimulation of secretion formation. This prostate secretion is often mistakenly called ejaculate. Corresponding sperm cells are not yet available or have not yet been formed at this point in time. The sperm are formed through the stimulation of FSH in the testes! It is essential for maturation that this intratesticular testosterone (the testosterone that is produced in the testes) is present in order to form appropriate sperm cells. Due to the testosterone release, there is a growth in breadth. This affects both the muscles and the bones. In addition, the young person's voice breaks and hair grows around the genitals. Testosterone is also important for making red blood cells. It also has a positive influence on the waist size. If there is a testosterone deficiency, this can result in a more feminine hip-accentuating fat distribution. But the penis and scrotum (scrotum) also need testosterone for their development. When puberty begins, the first ejaculation usually occurs after the first sperm cells are produced.
The nocturnal ejaculation is usually accompanied by muscle contractions of the ichiocavernous / bulbospongious muscles. Find out how to train these muscles, which are anchored in the man's pelvis.
In addition, there are contractions (contraction and relaxation) of the accessory genital organs. These are sex glands that are located next to the testicles. The ampulla ductus deferentis, the seminal vesicular gland, the prostate gland and the bulbourethral gland (Glandula bulbourethralis) also contract and then relax again.
The first ejaculation
The first nocturnal ejaculation is also called polluarche - analogous to the first menstrual period in girls, the menarche. It is often accompanied by penile erection. This need not be. Every man, including the adolescent pubescent, has between 5 and 6 nocturnal erections during sleep. These are temporally related to the so-called REM phase (REM = Rapid Eye Movement). Later in adulthood, these nocturnal erections play a very important role. They are used to stimulate the penile infrastructure - a basic requirement for good erections. The nocturnal erections are practically nocturnal erectile tissue training and thus have a positive influence on the composition of the penis and its erectile function. Seed jams can also play a role here. Due to the production of seminal fluid, which is initially stored, it can lead to spontaneous emptying at night. There is also the theory that a body that is not able to break down sperm or even parts of the ejaculate "does" this through an involuntary orgasm or involuntary ejaculation.
Feelings of shame are not appropriate
The first nocturnal ejaculation, the consequences of which may then be visible on the bed linen, can be a great shock for adolescents in puberty. It is important to know that this is physiologically normal and has nothing to do with bedwetting at night. That would be a misinterpretation that often leads to feelings of shame. It is all the more important to adequately educate boys during puberty about developments in their bodies and to be open to discussions.
Nocturnal erections decrease with age
Scientific studies have shown that there is a connection between testosterone levels and pollution. Nocturnal erections increase as testosterone levels increase. However, the frequency of pollution is subject to strong individual fluctuations. For example, age plays a major role: with increasing age, the spontaneous pollutions decrease sharply.
The ejaculate: sometimes milky, sometimes unpleasant smelling
The color of the ejaculate of a healthy, sexually mature man can vary, depending on how long he was abstinent. The ejaculate is often milky-cloudy or slightly shiny. The smell or taste of the ejaculate can be influenced by food or drinks, for example peppermint or pineapple. But garlic and asparagus can also have an influence. Many women and men find the associated taste or smell somewhat unpleasant.
In an adult, the ejaculate volume is usually more than 1.5 ml. About 5% of the total volume is contributed by the testes and epididymis. The seminal vesicles contribute 60 to 75% of the total ejaculate volume, the prostate around 10 to 30%. Additional glands, for example the Cowpers' glands, make up about 2 to 6% of the ejaculate volume.
