Ingredient:
• 2 liters of milk
• lemon juice
• ¼ cup of powdered sugar
• 2 ½ tbsp rava / semolina / suji
• Cardamom powder 1 TSP
• Ghee 3 TSP
• Cashew
• almond
To process:
• First bring 2 liters of milk to a boil in a saucepan
• Then add lime juice or vinegar or yogurt.
• Keep stirring and the milk will curdle.
• Strain chenna water.
• Rinse the collected chenna bundle in water. This will remove the aftertaste and smell of lime juice / vinegar.
• Add chenna to a bowl
• crumble it very well
• Add ½ cup of chenna water
• Add ¼ cup of powdered sugar
• Add 1 TSP to cardamom powder
• Add 2 ½ tbsp rava / semolina / suji
• Add Ghee 3 TSP
• Mix for at least 5-7 minutes to get an even consistency
• Mix well and make sure everything is well combined.
• Put butter paper in a mold
• Add cashew and almond
• Transfer the chenna poda batter into the mold
• Preheat to 10 degrees Celsius for 180 minutes.
• Bake for 25 minutes
• Chhena poda is ready
