France officially began assembling thermonuclear experimental reactor ITER

The official ceremony began Assembly of the experimental fusion reactor ITER, which was attended by the President of France Emmanuel macron, the heads of the governments of the partner countries of the ITER, and a number of project participants. The project of the international thermonuclear experimental reactor ITER started in 1992, currently it involves China, the European Union, India, Japan,n Federation, South Korea, Kazakhstan and the United States. Its main purpose is to demonstrate the possibilities of the commercial use of the reactor, which are reaction synthesis of heavier elements from lighter ones, and a number of physical and technological problems that arise when building such power plants.
